Courtside 1 located in the heart of down town Niagara-on-the-Lake is a perfect vacation home for a family of six or two couples! It has a modern decor, up-to-date amenities and fabulous outdoor space! Where else would you get a private patio, access to a tennis court, outdoor kitchen, bbq/grill and a huge back garden?! Everyone is on the one level and there is lots of space to gather around the kitchen or hang out in the living room! Better yet, go out to the gazebo and relax with a good book and a glass of wine, while everyone else is busy getting dinner ready. But be aware those that don’t prepare the meal are destined to clean up afterward! The location of Courtside 1 is in the core of what the locals call ‘old town’ , an historical district that is where the horse drawn carriages go by, in the middle and within walking distance of the two main shopping and dining areas. The Lake and Niagara River is an easy 10 minute stroll. The Shaw Festival theatres are also a leisurely walk along the prettiest streets that the town has to offer. No need for a car, so park it for your stay! This is a perfectly bikeable and walkble community that is great because of the trails, sidewalks and quiet areas. Around Queen Street you get some hustle and bustle, but out on Simcoe and Centre St., you are definitely in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood and you can really feel like you are living like a local! In the winter this is a perfect place to snuggle in to with close access to the Commons which offers cross country ski and snow shoe trails. In the summer the commons has a public swimming pool and play ground. The Commons also has public tennis courts but you won’t need them because you have access to your own private one! Enter in the front vestibule and then right into the open concept living room and dining room. There is a small TV, books, and games area but mostly its great for kicking back and having a great conversation with your traveling buddies. The kitchen is right off the dining area which is convenient for serving and still feeling like you are a part of everything! The Available Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this is the perfect place to stay while you are in town for either a couple of nights or a longer stay. The drive way parks up to 3 vehicles, the beds are made with quality linens, we supply the towels, equipped kitchen and we have main floor laundry too! This is a home-away-from-home in any season!

About: Since purchasing our beautiful home, we have embraced Niagara-on-the-Lake and the times we have shared at Courtside Rentals with our family and friends. Walking to our favorite restaurants, strolling along Queen Street, biking to Queenston Heights, taking in the sights and sounds of the waterfront, and exploring the many beautiful wineries in the region are some of our favorite pastimes. The connections we have made to the area have been influential to our lives– both of our sons attended post-graduate studies in the Niagara region and one is pursuing a career in the wine industry. Little did we know the impact that our decision to purchase in 2008 would have on our family!
