About the owner: My wife and I are retired teachers. She has several piano students and, in fact, the Carriage House is her music studio when we have no guests. We are animal lovers and currently have two Poms, a Great Pyrenees, a bobtail German Shepherd, and two lucky cats.
Why the Owner Chose Sewanee: We've dreamed of a home on the bluff for years.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: Seclusion. We live almost two miles from the highway, with no through traffic, one neighbor across the creek, bluff views and miles to walk in all directions.
