  Our rental house was beautiful and Karen and Brian were a dream. They were responsive to all our requests, easy to get in touch with, friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted with a gorgeous gift basket upon arrival. From the moment we got there, we couldn't wait to share it with our family as they came into town. High marks for this cozy, convenient abode for your next trip to Sundance.

  A week in Park City for some spring skiing was made more enjoyable having a wonderful home to stay. The home was exactly as advertised and pictured on the website. It was the perfect set up for our two families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. A perfect location that was an easy walk to either PCMR or Main Street for dining and shopping. The owners answered all of our questions prior to our arrival and were also available during our stay. Their responses were always fast, helpful and friendly. We would have no problem returning in the future.

  I stayed here with my family over spring break. The home is immaculate. Great location with walking access to downtown PC and ski slopes close by. The decor is great and all appliances are functioning well. Super clean and I plan on renting again during the summer. Strongly recommend. You won't be wrong!

  This year was my 7th year in a row returning to Park City to ski/snowboard in the winter and this is the best place Ive stayed in yet. The quality and quantity of the beds, bathrooms, kitchen and game area were excellent. The proximity to downtown, town lift, Fresh Market was perfect. If you happen to rent this unit, make sure you secure the upstairs master bedroom because the shower is worth the entire cost of the rental. I highly recommend for families with children, as the double bunk rooms also have pull out beds that happily sleep 6 kids (or in our case large adults).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I've rented many homes on VRBO and I've never been so impressed with the communication and service by the owners! Extremely diligent at replying to my numerous questions both prior and during the stay. House is in a great location, just few blocks to the Park City Resort and about the same distance down to Old Town and all of the great bars and restaurants. Would definitely rent it again!

  This house is just like you can see it in the photos, when i came in I found a house with an excellent living room , bathroms and rooms with a great view of the city and the most important thing for me was that I could receive all the support from the VRBO or the owners in the case required. If you are looking for a house close to the Park City resort , this house has an excellent location as you can reach it in a few blocks, it doesnt take more than six/seven minutes. I recommend this house!!!!!!

  Great location to main street and park city ski resort. We skied Deer Valley and it was very easy travel there as well if you have a car. Fantastic place for 1-2 families with kiddos. More room than you expect to spread out. Great for Girls/Guys trip also!

  Provided photos did justice to this lovely property. Materials received before arrival were useful and accurate for both property location and area resources. The address was excellent for our skiing and town visits. Multiple levels (and great TVs) provided nice privacy and space for our two families with young teen and young adult children. We appreciated some basic kitchen supplies and spices left in place. One small complaint, we all like to read and found lighting for reading in need of addition. Property owners and management were very attentive to our requests, including getting the heat adequately distributed through all levels when it appeared that we were the first tenants during a cold spell. This is a great rental property, walking distance to both the Park City town and ski slopes (with ski boots on!)

  We spent a long weekend in mid-October at this house in Park City and had an excellent stay! The location was ideal for town- walking distance (or a short 1 minute drive) to main street and the base of Park City ski resort as well as a quick drive over to Deer Valley. The house was extremely spacious with a large master bathroom on the top floor, 2 smaller bedrooms on a second floor, one on the third level and then a game room in the basement. We particularly enjoyed the game room with the pool table and large TV as well as the living room on the main level with a gas fireplace and beautiful views of Park City. The owners provided all the essentials we needed- towels, cooking utensils, flatware etc and it was so easy to get to town to pick up food for the weekend. We had been told the house had been renovated and re-decorated over the summer which was apparent as all the furniture was in great shape. We had a small issue with turning off the gas fireplace, however the owners and property manager were very responsive and were able to fix the issue quickly. While we were not there during ski season, I could see this being the ideal location for a family looking to book a Park City ski trip as it is so conveniently located to all the ski resorts in Parley’s canyon. We enjoyed our trip and would stay at this property again should we be back at Park City in the future.

  One of my buddies came up with the brilliant idea of a mountain bike trip to Park City in the early fall. Another buddy came up with an equally brilliant idea of renting a VRBO so that each of us could have our own bedroom and some space to spread out. This place was perfect. It has obviously been remodeled recently and the location is great. It feels like you're a local and the four block walk to main street only enhances that mindset. Showers were great, beds were comfortable, fridge kept our beer cold and the view off of the second floor balcony as the sun came up was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who desires something very nice and also wants enough space for everyone to not feel on top of each other all of the time.

His review said, "This house made a great base for mountain biking. We rented some bikes from Jan's just down the street, and biked from there to some awesome trails. The fall colors were fantastic. We found enough riding to wear ourselves out each day. I had the lower master bedroom and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi tub after biking. The owners of this house have done a lot to make it a pleasure to visit: comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, pool table, 4 TVs. I'd love to come back here for skiing in the winter." September is a great time in Park City -- with the fall colors in the trees, and perfect temperatures for the trails. We are happy to offer a discount to repeat guests, so we hope you'll get time for another visit to Park City soon.

If your travel plans change, please notify us as early as possible so we can try to get another renter for the same nights.
