Our property is located 0.3 miles from the beach in the Del Sega section of Sanibel. It is a five bedroom, den, and three bath home (one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is part of a separate entrance efficiency apartment. The house features a laid back island lifestyle while providing the amenities of a four star hotel. It rents by the month or the season, has a heated spa/pool as well as canal access for your boat. The Perfect Get Away
The Perfect Get Away
We just got home from our second stay at this house in the past six months. We were the first renters in November, before the owners had planned to rent, but this was the only house we could find with everything we wanted. Peter and Lisa went out of their way to get the house ready for us ahead of schedule. It could not have been any nicer. This house is comfortable, and so easy to feel at home. The location of this house makes it perfect to enjoy all Sanibel and Captiva have to offer...walk to the beach, restaurants, park a boat on your own dock, jump on bikes and go explore. Or just relax in the pool and read a book on the lanai. This house has anything you could want in a vacation home, we can't wait to get back!

About the owner: We are residents of both Sanibel Island and Boston, Massachusetts. We have been calling Sanibel home since our first property purchase in 2007. Prior to this, we had vacationed on the Island since 1994.
