  We would just like to comment on our recent stay at the Sunset Vistas.I would like to say we had a great time. The property is very beautiful, very clean and modern. We really loved the fact that we had a numbered parking spot, what a great idea no fighting to find a spot to park. Also, whenever we walked around we always would see some security, great feeling of comfort. The staff always had a smile on their face and very friendly. The unit was very clean and very spacious. Having a full kitchen was great. The view off the balcony was great; we looked out over the beach, pool and the gulf, just beautiful. We had an opportunity to look at one west units, this looks directly over the beach. While very nice, our view was beautiful also and we feel a better value. There are so many things to do close by, that you can walk to, shops, restaurants, water sports and of course a beautiful uncrowded beach. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. We have stayed at a number of properties on Treasure Island; this is by far the best. Lisa is a great owner and extremely easily to work with.

  Lisa were great to deal with and were very helpful and accommodating during the reservation process. The check-in was hassle-free and we were more than delighted with the view when we walked in. This was a couple's get away for us and being close to so many nice restaurants was really great. We drove into Tampa one day for shopping and a visit to the Aquarium, which was very unique. We really enjoyed hanging out at the Tiki Bar and just meeting and talking with other folks. There is something so relaxing about having a nice drink with warm ocean breezes blowing by.   Like Wow! The view of the Gulf is spectacular. Even though it was a bit cold while we were there we spent a lot of time on the balcony just soaking in the view of the beach and the ocean. The unit was clean and neat when we checked in and there were no major problems, although the internet was a bit slow. The resort's heated pools and spas were great, and our children spent most of their time there. We really liked the full size kitchen as we cook most of out meals when we travel. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a beachside get away.

  Wow – when you step out on the balcony it is like you are connected to the sand and the sea. This unit has a very intimate feel. You were absolutely correct in you descriptions. Sunset Vistas has a real resort feel to it that is lacking in many of the other Treasure Island destinations. My lady friend and I really liked the Tiki Bar, it was a great way to relax and unwind after a vigorous run on Sunset Beach. We hope to return next year.

  Dear Garth and Lisa, This our 6 times stayed Sunset vistas, this time we just spent several days at your lovely condo at Sunset Vistas with my daughter. It was a great mother-daughter bonding experience. We made use of all of the resort amenities, but really liked the fact that it is so close to so many shopping venues. My daughter loved the pools and spas – as well as the pizza! I loved the views from the unit, both of the beach and the sunsets. My daughher is already lobbying me to come – I can’t wait!
