Relish a relaxing vacation in your tropical island surroundings or be adventurous and partake in the many exciting activities the Keys have to offer.
Our fully equipped home is clean, modern and comfortable. A couple of blocks over warm up for $13 on a small Par 3 Course. All you will need is a wedge and putter. Then take your game 5 miles 10 minutes down the road to Sombrero Beach Country Club a 6469 yd. course.
Restaurants (3) within walking distance, several more within a 10 minute drive, bike and walking paths,and sunsets at Sunset Park are just a few of the memorable experiences waiting for you.
We have strived to equip our home with all of the essentials expected by our guests. Our three bedrooms 4 queen beds, a King bed and a loft with two twin beds provide 1650 sq ft of comfortable accommodations for you, your family and friends. A modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or just sit with family and friends on the porch and enjoy a cocktail and spectacular views.
Our home has a 30' step down dock for your boat for your scuba, snorkeling or fishing adventure on the surrounding waters. Go down the backyard canal and choose either ocean or gulf destinations. Use our fish freezer to store your bait, lobsters or fresh fillets.
Here is a great place to book a Fishing Charter for all types of fishing! They do split Charters so you can share the cost of your trip. Very rare on the Keys!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. It was clean, all appliances worked, had great amenities and a wonderful neighborhood. The location was exceptional. We would highly recommend this listing! We visited Theatre of the Seas, rented a pontoon boat from Jerry's Charter service, visited the Turtle Hospital, attended the Marathon Seafood Festival and of course, spent a couple of days touring Key West. Our realtor was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very nice time!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our party of 5 adults and 2 young girls had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this home in Marathon. A family of 3 manatees visited us on the dock every afternoon, the pool and beach were a short walk away -- and couldn't beat the food and drink service right to our beach chairs. There were tons of activities nearby including the 7 mile bridge, Turtle Rescue, and the Dolphin Research Center. We rented a boat from the neighbors boat rental company and we were able to get out and explore the waterways as well. All in all a great vacation and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be booking another stay here -- maybe this fall, if I can convince my husband to take another trip. Thanks so much for the great memories!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were so pleased with our stay at Island Time. The photos on this site are great but don’t do the place justice. It was much nicer than we imagined. The living space works extremely well. Seven adults didn’t get in each others’ way all week. The high ceiling and beautiful wood and beams don’t come through on these pics. There is a lot of glass looking out. Two sets of double glass doors open onto the porch. That area is divine and is much larger than it looks. The gorgeous wood and beams continue out here. I could just sit all day looking at the canal’s serenity, jumping fish, and quiet boats. The kitchen setup was remarkable. It was surprising that so many of us were in and out smoothly doing our thing. The upper shelf area made it easy to pass food and drink without everyone coming into the prep area. We found everything we needed for our meals from a salad spinner to a coffee grinder. The Cabana Club is a three minute walk and is great for families. Wifi is there for the always connected. Little area for snacks as well as an adjacent dining area. Pool was nice and not crowded. Ocean was warm and there are palm shaded lounge chairs on the beach. Island Time was so convenient to everything: Publix, Winn Dixie, Kmart a few minutes away; Sharky’s restaurant around the corner (went three times); great family fishing trip on the Lady Marathon close by; an hour to Key West, an hour to Key Largo. Key Colony Beach is the ideal location for a trip to the keys. I could go on and on. A fish sandwich every day! Can’t wait to return. THANKS!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
