Walk to the Beach! Ideal location of this single family home. Just a ten minute walk to Tigertail beach, and steps from the exclusive Hideaway community entrance.
Very private and quiet backyard full of trees. Beautiful neighborhood, great for walking, biking and enjoying nature. We have several bald eagle nests, nesting turtles and burrowing owls in our neighborhoods that you may view easily.
You could walk to downtown, Starbucks etc. in approx. 20 minutes.
The home has been completely renovated for the past six months and has wood floors, tile bathrooms, granite and marble and more. There is a rain head shower and a beautiful bathtub.
Two new flat screen tvs with every channel.
Enjoy cooking on the bbq with side burner and swimming in the luxurious swimming pool.

Greg and I and the children had an absolutely bang up time in your home! It couldn't have been more lovely and you more gracious. Having the beach and fishing nearby was a help with the boys. My wife and I stayed here for a month in February. The home was really nice, very clean and well maintained. It was decorated well and had just about anything you would want or need. I stayed there with my husband, a toddler and an infant and there was plenty of room for all of us, with some to spare! The home was immaculate upon our arrival and working with Denise (the owner) was a pleasure. She was always very responsive, polite and welcoming. Everything was organized in folders for us and prepared for an easy, comfortable stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Marco Island.Did you find this review helpful? The pictures did not do justice to this home! We were shocked when we walked in. Everything was spotless down to the bath towels. The home had everything we needed and more. We were very pleasantly surprised by the decoration and renovations done in the home. The location couldn't have been better. We just booked for a month next year also. Our family (grandparents, and nanny included) loved the place. We took our dog Max that loved the walks in the neighborhood too.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We had a wonderful week with our 3 girls in this delightful home. We walked and biked to the beach every single day. The home had everything we needed and more, the kitchen was very nicely stocked including martini glasses which we used often! Thank you for showing us around the island Denise!
