The serene setting is only added to by the peak of the lake and Homewood resort from the upstairs loft. Complete with full access to a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts with the DH II HOA.
As you enter the condo along a private pathway (shared only with 1 other unit), you find a completely remodeled unit. You notice accents that you would expect in Tahoe, light wood beams, a stunning wood ceiling, new dark laminate flooring, and windows that let the natural beauty come into the unit. The new kitchen is spacious and lovely with custom cabinets and black granite countertops. Whether you plan to prepare meals or just the occasional snack you will feel at home with the well-stocked cabinets. Step down into a cozy living area with TV/DVD/Wii and a wood-burning fireplace. You will feel right at home with the nice furnishings, the decorator touches, and the warm atmosphere. It’s a perfect place for family time with all of the games and puzzles. A dining set for 4 sits in front of a picture window that looks over the meadow. For those staying longer, a stacked washer and dryer are located in the entry. On the deck sits a charcoal BBQ and a bistro patio set.
Master bedroom downstairs has a full bed and a half bath. Upstairs loft bedroom with a full bed and full bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms completely remodeled as well.
Close to town, ski resorts, and the lake... an ideal location for people who want to be in the loop, but still on retreat!
