A beautiful townhouse situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, three minutes from the white sands and cool waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a quiet area with great restaurants and amenities, situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, the master suite features a king-size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets. This vacation townhome also features a fully-equipped kitchen, utility area, and full air/heat.
A spacious sitting room leads to a carpeted, screened-in deck overlooking conservation area. There is a large pool and deck overlooking the water. As of recently, there is a private fishing dock.
The owner's live on the beach and try to work on the basis of "you come as guests... but leave as friends." PET FRIENDLY. LONG TERM rentals are welcome.
