A Condo/townhome, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, it can sleep up to 6. This condo was renovated in 2011 and features a completely new kitchen with granite counters, new carpet and furniture (upgraded 2013). Many additional upgrades throughout.
There is a king bed and futon sofa downstairs with a 3/4 bathroom and a large deck that steps out on to your personal boat dock. You can keep your boat there during the time of your stay. The deck has a table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges.
The mid-level has a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living area and another deck with table and chairs and barbeque grill.
On the third floor are 2 bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king bed with lake views and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 3/4 bathroom.
Each bedroom has a television as does the living/dining area.
Cable and WiFi are available throughout the property.
This property does NOT provide swimming pool, golf course or Marriott club house access.

My friends and I were in Marble Falls for the HITS 70.3 Tri and this was a great place to stay! The view from the two docks was amazing and the condo were even better than described with obvious upgrades from the units on either side. Each bedroom has it's own full bath plus there is an additional full bath on the main floor. The three floor layout made the space great for couples and it was just a short drive to Marble Falls (less than 10 minutes) where we ate at the Noon Spoon Cafe. One parking space is reserved and there was plenty of visitor parking the weekend that we were there. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive- we didn't have any issues, but I'm sure that he would have taken care of things immediately if we had. I highly recommend this property and I know that we'll be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The unit is very well maintained with new upgrades throughout. The location provides some of the best views on Lake LBJ with the Lighthouse due north and visible from all decks and windows. We have stayed at several rental places before and this was furnished much nicer and very clean. The unit was well equipped for all of our needs and even enjoyed grilling steaks and talking to the neighbors in the evening. We plan on staying again and highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great place for an easy stay right in the heart of Horseshoe Bay. It was wonderful, and we could keep our boat there the whole time. Nice owners too, very responsive.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We literally had our bags packed and ready to go with no place to stay. Thank you so much for responding to us so quickly and for letting us make arrangements at the last minute! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The online description was very accurate and the accommodations were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and visiting with the neighbors! Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer. We would love to visit again and bring our kids and also rent a boat or jet skis next time! This is a beautiful location to just relax and watch the world go by. Lots of birds - ducks, gulls, and even a few elegant herons. Also saw a turtle basking in the sun. The condo is inviting and spotless. The photos don't show how nice the condo really is. It was a great place to hang out and read on the deck. We didn't have a boat but you really don't need one to thoroughly enjoy the views and the area. If the weather had been a little warmer we would have taken advantage of swimming right off the dock. The owner thoroughly answered our my questions and was very helpful in describing the surrounding area and Marble Falls (restaurants, etc) as well. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return in the near future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was so nice to be in such a relaxing space. We were able to have our boat at the dock every day. Wake up with the water right there. The kids had an excellent time playing in the water and with other kids in the neighborhood. The location is excellent, near many Horseshoe Bay activities. There are great restaurants near by. The property was well maintained. The owner was easy going and helped us with some issues that we had. It was nice to have the space to be able to invite some of our friends to stay with us during our stay. The price is reasonable. I would recommend people staying at this property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
