Year Purchased: 1998
About the owner: I bought and restored this property in 1998. The rental is an original carriage house. The main house, next to the carriage house is a grande Victorian that was Woodrow Wilson's secretary of state's home (title was secretary to the president, back in the day), Joseph P. Tumulty. The location is amazing and the town of Asbury Park is the friendliest town at the Jersey Shore. I live in the Main House and available in case of any questions or issues.
Why the Owner Chose Asbury Park:
The location is great and the apartment is charming and comfortable. You'll have a great time here! Is there any such thing as too much fun? Peace and quiet is also an option. Beautiful location!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
The property has hardwood floors, pocket windows and lots of character. Beautiful spanish tile floors, wood ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Nice view of Sunset Lake and walk to everything. It's in a really nice area, close to all kinds of fun but quiet when you're looking to relax.
