  The condo is very nice and the beds were very, very comfortable. The only issue is there were four ladies and the hot water ran out after the first lady, so we had to wait for it to heat up for the next three. We loved that it was on the top floor (no noise above us) and it was on the end. We would love to stay here again.

  Very nice and clean condo. We came to Branson to enjoy Christmas shows and celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. It was very comfortable for us. We loved the location of the property and liked that it was a gated community. We would definitely recommend renting this unit. The owner was very easy to work with. Thanks Brad

  Very clean and neat! Nicely decorated! We really like Pointe Royale's location-not in the crowds. We had a great time and our kids living in Springfield & Holister came by to visit. Would recommend this property to everyone!

  Good clean condo- The view wasn't the best but was in good location and not right in town with the traffic.

  Nothing bad to say about the condo, it was spacious, clean and in a great location. My only issues were that the people working the security booth took their job a little to seriously it took us almost 10 minutes to get through and during this time i felt that I should have brought my birth certificate and passport to prove I was who i said I was. Little over the top if you ask me! and my other issue was the check in and check out times for the property... I was driving in from Saint Louis for a Triathlon and it would have been nice to get into the condo prior to 4 the day before a race. check in time was after 4 on day arriving and by 10 am on day departing. Price was right although I did have to pay for 3 days even thought it felt like I was there only 2 .. even hotels do not charge you for a departing day.

  Owner response: Thank you for the nice review - I am glad that you enjoyed the condo. I apologize that you had such a long wait at the gate of the complex. This is unusual because they usually check cars in very quickly. As far as the length of stay, I only charge by the night and not the day. You were only charged for 2 nights stay -- not the 3 that you mentioned. We can be somewhat flexible on the check-in and check-out times if requested (just like a hotel). However, we had to set this timeframe because often times we have a check out and check in on the same day and this leaves a few hours in between for the cleaning to take place. Thanks again for staying at our place and I hope you stay with us again on your next trip to Branson!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well maintained and had nice furniture. We stayed with children, but this condo would be a perfect getaway for a couple also. We greatly appreciated the owner's special touches like having pool toys, kid's dvds, and plastic as well as regular dinnerware. These items came in handy with the kids! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Branson area. The location is away from the strip so you avoid the traffic and very close to Silver Dollar City.

  As a family of five we often have the challenge of finding a place for a nice getaway that will fit us all comfortably. This condo was just the place! With two spacious bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed, and two full baths we had everything we needed. The full kitchen was nice to make our own breakfast and enjoy late night snacks after fun filled days taking in the events in Branson. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer, we packed less clothing for the weekend stay knowing that we could do laundry if necessary. The condo is nicely located just outside of town and easy to get to. The Pointe Royale club house offers a full gym and our kids loved both the indoor/outdoor pools. We will for sure remember our stay and plan to stay again!
