About: We bought this home as a summer residence where we could take care of my parents and get them out of the heat. Unfortunately, they passed away so my husband and I moved up here permanently. My husband passed away recently so I decided to share my property with you and return to Mesa where the majority of my family lives.
Why Overgaard:
The home had immediate appeal for us. It is cool in the summer and large enough to accommodate my large family. It is a peaceful place with easy access to the 260 when there is snow in the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The surrounding porch, large lot and easy access to the 260 was the initial draw for us. The tall pines and wildlife that is easily seen is an added benefit. The community provides many family activities, especially in the summertime.
