This impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bath fully-furnished vacation home (1600 square feet) is located on the water and is truly a sportsman's paradise! This vacation home is located in CoCo Village in Cocodrie, Louisiana and is designed for pure enjoyment and is located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.
Excellent fishing right off of your own dock that has night-time fishing lights on a timer. On the large dock there is a swing and picnic table and a ladder leading into the water for swimming and water sports activities. There is an area to park your boat and clean fish/game.
Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom.
3rd & 4th bedrooms each have a double bottom and single top bunkbed with attached bath.
Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Beautiful view of the water from these areas.
There is a large screened porch with ceiling fans and an ice maker located within.
A dining table and breakfast bar are located in the kitchen which is equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric range, toaster, toaster oven, griddle and coffee-maker. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans.
A washer and dryer are located inside the vacation home. Bed linens and towels are included.
No seafood boiling pot or BBQ grill available.
