This property sleeps six people, not including the living room sofa (not a sofa sleeper). All amenities in place! You can't beat the quality and location for the price... anywhere!!! This is a Non-Smoking, No Pets allowed property. Add $60.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than one week (7 nights). Keyless entry means late night arrivals are no problem ! In order to book my property, I require a 10% down payment to make the reservation. After which I will email you a complete reservation confirmation form, including directions to the property, nearby grocery stores, check-in instructions and everything else you need to know. If you have any questions that are not answered in the reservation confirmation, please let me know! The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you prefer to pay in full initially, that is okay too.
