This property sleeps six people, not including the living room sofa (not a sofa sleeper). All amenities in place! You can't beat the quality and location for the price... anywhere!!! This is a Non-Smoking, No Pets allowed property. Add $65 cleaning fee for stays of less than one week (7 nights). Keyless entry means late night arrivals are no problem ! BE SURE TO CHECK MY AVAILABILITY CALENDAR !
In order to book my property, I require a 10% down payment to make the reservation. After which I will email you a complete reservation confirmation form, including directions to the property, nearby grocery stores, check-in instructions and everything else you need to know. If you have any questions that are not answered in the reservation confirmation, please let me know! The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you prefer to pay in full initially, that is okay too.

Vacation was great! The condo worked out really nice. The places are beautiful. It was very convenient and very comfortable compared to being in a hotel room and very cramped. The kids loved watching videos and relaxing late at night. The weather was rainy, but it kept it cooler and it kept the crowds bearable. We all had a wonderful vacation and would love to go back. If we do in the next year or two I'll contact you to rent your condo!

My family rented this unit during spring break and we had a great time. The location was excellent and the condo was extremely nice and well furnished. A lot of effort went in to giving it all the comforts of home. Everything was just like the add stated.
