The home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, each furnished with 1 queen bed and a loft bedroom with 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a futon. The living room has a sofa sleeper, love seat , wood burning fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Outdoors, you'll find a patio with table, seating for 8 and a propane BBQ grill. There is also a lakeside deck adjacent to the home's private boat dock, equipped with 2 wave runner ports.
The home is located on the east shore of Devil's Lake in Lincoln City; just 2-minutes from Devil's Lake State Park and just a 5-10 minute from the ocean beaches, Casino, Outlet Mall, grocery stores and many fine restaurants.
