This 2 level home offers 3 BR, 2 BA, lake views from most rooms, is 2 blocks from boat ramp, covered patio, spiral staircase, full kitchen & kitchenette. Close to marina, golf, and many lake activities.
The upper level offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and 1 with double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, sitting room and sun room, all with view of the lake.
The spiral staircase leads to the lower level. This level offers 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, den with flat screen TV and kitchenette and laundry room. Additional guest can be accomodated with air mattresses.
Enjoy the views of the lake from the covered patio on the lower level. A large carport offers additional parking. The boat ramp is just 2 blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay. We found it to be clean and as we expected . Owners were very helpful while making reservation and during our stay. Hopefully we can return at a later date to enjoy again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing Thanksgiving stay at this well kept, thoroughly equipped, and very clean rental home near Lake Barkley. The view of the sunrise over the lake through the large picture windows was beautiful. We had fun playing in the large front yard, using the two TV screens (one upstairs and one down stairs), and playing various board games available at the property. And while we had difficulty getting one of the DVD players to work, the owner was over soon to help us out with the technical difficulties. The drive to the state park was short, allowing for a couple nice hikes and an evening swim at the lodge. Would love to visit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: I have been a Cadiz resident all my life. This is my 2nd vacation rental that my granddaughter calls 'The Castle' because of the spiral staircase. My family has enjoyed the lake area all our lives. Come share a little bit of Southern Hospitality!
Why the Owner Chose Cadiz:
I bought this property because of the wonderful views of the lake and the close proximety to Lake Barkely State Park.
