Some minutes stroll to Montparnasse, St. Germain des Prés, Jardin de Luxembourg. Invalides Dome before your door. the Invalid's Dome.2 minutes walk to see the Eiffel-Tower in its entire beauty.....not only just the top.....the entire Eiffel Tower ! The walk to both attractions leads through the green space of the Champs de Mars or Avenue Breteuil.
The apartment is on the second floor in a corner house - that's why it has six windows. You'll have just 5 neighbours and an interesting view on Paris.
Downstairs before the house you'll find within 2 -4 minutes stroll 3 Metro-stations, 8 bus-stops, taxi-rank,bakery, grocery and much more. The apartment is bordering between 7 th and 15 th Parisian district.
The apartment:
This 3-Room-apartment has 64 square meters/ 700 sq. foot and has air-conditioning, central heating, bath and toilet are separate, there is a living-room and 2 bedrooms.
The living-room has a dining area with a spacious table and four chairs and a comfortable sofa which can be changed easily in a kingsize bed for 2 guests. There's stereo,CD-Player, LCD TV with 110 international channels, DVD-Player, Air Condition, Fan, Safe and also chest of drawers, bookshelves, phone.
The main bedroom has two main single beds and two more beds to pull out hiddden underneath the main beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco.
The second bedroom can be reached by some stairs from inside the apartment and is one floor above.There is a single bed, this second bed-room is not suitable for smaller kids because of the steeply stairs.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge,sink,many cupboards, coffee-maker, iron and ironing-board, Hoover, Dishes and so on.The spacious bathroom is new tilled and has a round shower cabine, there is also a beautiful new washstand. Washing machine and hair-dryer you'll find there also.
The apartment has six windows and also Bath-room and toilettes have windows. Before the windows are shutters.
The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 3 kids. This apartment is not suitable for 4 adults.
