This tri-level condo features 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entry level welcomes you into unit with an immediate lake view, offering an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living rooms leading to the private deck. 1/2 bath by the entry, updated kitchen with buffet bar, dining table for 6, and plush couches with TV/DVD. Downstairs is the grand master suite with a ¾ bath, a King bed, its own living area, and a door opening to the sheltered sandy beach and coveted green grass. Charcoal grill on the patio. A laundry room and kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, and microwave) are also on this floor. For extra privacy, this suite can be locked off from the rest of the home, with access from the shore.
The top level offers 2 bedrooms; 1 with 2 single beds and ¾ bath and the other with 1 queen bed and a full bath, lake view and slider out to private deck overlooking the stunning views of gorgeous Lake Tahoe.
The condo is within walking distance of downtown Kings Beach for shopping (gifts and groceries!), dining, movie theatre, mini golf, night life, and all of the other wonderful features Kings Beach has to offer.
As part of the Homeowners' Association, this condo has access to the private beach with a sheltered cove and a swimming pool (seasonal).
