One of the best vantage points on the lake. This property is on the point of open water and a cove with views of the lake in both directions. It is a comfortable 3 bedroom home with plenty of room for up to two families. The 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs are suited for up to 4 adults with a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. The upstairs bunk area with private bath sleeps from 8 comfortably up to 12. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room if needed. The kitchen is small but fully stocked.
The spacious deck provides a beautiful view and a shady spot to gather all day long. It has an outdoor cooking area with a gas or charcoal grill provided. The bar is the perfect setting for an afternoon beverage or a mid-day snack.
The dock and boat slip sit right on the water for sunning or relaxing while watching the gorgeous hill country sunsets. The swim area is the perfect spot for lounging on a float or wading and playing with the kids.
There is a jet ski ramp always available and the boat lift can be used for an additional fee.

My ten friends and I stayed here and we had a great time. The house is perfectly located on the Colorado arm of the lake which is perfect for wakeboarding. The house had plenty of beds to accommodate us and the boat dock and lift was a definite bonus.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
