This spacious, 2400 sq ft bungalow sits on a spacious 10,000 sq ft lot in a very quiet cul de sac and was built in 2006.
Estrella Mountain Ranch is a beautiful community nestled in the mountains of southwest Phoenix and is just 30 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or 45 minutes from the Mesa Airport. (Easy access from the I-10 onto Estrella Mountain Parkway)
Our modern 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom one level home has all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. A fully upgraded kitchen has been designed with cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops. This chef at heart kitchen is stocked with all of the needs to cook your favorite meals including a microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge, blender, Keurig coffee maker and much, much more.
The master bedroom with private en-suite is located at the opposite end of the home from the 3 other guest bedrooms – an ideal layout to provide separation from other guests.
To relax after a wonderful meal, the home has a large comfortable sectional for you to enjoy. You can watch your favorite show on the 55” HDTV with DirecTV satellite or pop a movie into the DVD player. If you would like to relax in your room to watch TV the master suite and one of the other guests bedrooms have 32” HDTV’s with full DirecTV use as well.
To keep in touch with family and friends while you are enjoying your resort getaway, the home provides free Wi-Fi high speed Internet and free unlimited North America long distance calling. A printer is also available for your use.
During the day, enjoy a swim in the 30x16 ft pebble tech pool, surrounded by cool decking (as to not burn your feet) and enjoy the spa and waterfall features. The backyard is very private and a true desert oasis, with palm trees, cactus and fruit trees. Take your time to enjoy a good book in one of the 4 reclining lounge chairs or grab a coffee and escape to the quiet side patio that seats two. You will enjoy your evening dining at the covered 6-seat patio set located beside the pool.
For the sports enthusiast, this home is very close to the hiking trails that Estrella has to offer. The home also has storage for your bikes or golf clubs in the two-car garage or there are 2 bikes for your use (one child’s one adult’s).
You can also enjoy two lakes, walking and biking trails. Local attractions include, major sporting events such as NASCAR (10 min away), NBA Phoenix Suns (15 min away) 2 spring training camps (Reds/Indians 10 min away) and the NHL Phoenix Coyotes (15 min away). This home is close to many world class golf courses including the Estrella Golf Course that is Nicklaus designed and Par 72. This golf course is consistently rated as one of the top ten in Arizona.
Restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, Wild Life Zoo, hospital and concerts are all 10 minutes away.

The house was more than we expected. The photos did not do the home justice. The kitchen is five star. We loved the salt water heated pool and hot tub even though the temperatures were the lowest in 20 years. You are in walking distance to many hiking and biking trails. Near by is a playground for your smaller children. For those who love baseball, the training fields are near by as well as the Nascar track. We would definetly recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay in Phoenix.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 21 rented 5 homes in this area. We are a family of 6 with 4 children ranging in age from 14-21. This home was in brand new condition. It was perfect with a wide open, beautiful kitchen and family area that was great for entertaining during Christmas. Even with a large family we felt we had lots of room and could easily have our own space. The pool area has lots of sun and provided a nice reading area for all of us in the morning even with the winter temperatures. It was a perfect holiday!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed a full week in this gorgeous home. It was perfect for all ages and provided a large open living space. The finishes on the home are high quality and everyone commented on how well they slept. The pebbletech pool is the perfect size and includes a spa. Outdoor living at its best! The owners are incredibly responses and were great to work on the reservations and any questions we had. The Estrella area has amazing trails for hiking and biking...you leave right from the house. I would highly recommend this vacation home and plan to stay there again very soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
