This South facing Executive Condo with spectacular panorama mountain Peak views. Provides 1,400 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished, two storey, townhouse corner unit, is available for seasonal vacation rentals.
Located in the newly constructed Alpine Village Centre, about 70 miles from Calgary Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes) 15 miles from Banff, 2 km off the Trans Canada Highway and situated a short 10 minute jaunt from downtown Canmore. The Condo is a few blocks away from many restaurants and shops. The location is suited to all travelers. Lake Louise, the Icelands Parkway and Kananaskis Country are all within a close proximity.
Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountain views from the 50 feet long surround balcony, and from the living room and kitchen windows.
Spacious Master Bedroom with King size bed, en suite, on upper floor with direct view of the three sister sisters mountain; large second room with Queen size bed on main floor with adjacent full bathroom; large open living/dining room with sofa sleeper and adjacent kitchen; and a storage room near entrance. The condo was nicely finished, and tastefully furnished complete with all appliances, Internet, HDTV, and Majicjack phone.
Features hardwood flooring on the main level. The kitchen is nicely decorated with solid walnut cabinets, granite countertops, stainless built-in dishwasher, fridge and stove. Bedrooms are carpeted and have vaulted ceilings, while the bathroom has ceramic tile that surrounds the tub. There is a private storage unit right outside the condo (great for ski/bike storage) plus underground heated parking. The two bedrooms both offer great mountain views. There is also a queen pullout on the main level. .
The condo provides patio table and chairs, natural gas BBQ on the balcony; one underground Parking stall; lots of Visitors Parking Stalls, and key less entry code as part of the convenient amenities.
