Granite counters, travertine, alder cabinets and trim, new furnishings, new beds, gas fireplace, sleeps 7-9. 2 bedroom/2 bath (sleeps 7) features vaulted ceilings and in unit washer and dryer (please bring HE laundry soap). 3 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 9) is close to hot tub and is the only 3 bedroom with washer and dryer for guest use.
Both condos are quietly located on the back of the property near the heated pool and hot tubs. Robes and towels for pool and hot tub are provided by management company. The Lodge is located 200 Yards to ski base/gondola, about a 3 min walk, or use private resorts shuttle service that comes with these condos. Professional Management includes front desk check in, free 24 hour key replacement and after hours check in assistance, travel services (flights, ground transportation), lift tickets (ask about discounts), bellstaff, towel service, bathrobes in units, complimentary wine on arrival (ski season), free WiFi, business center, and FREE seasonal mgmt co shuttles to ski base, downtown, groceries. Although you do not need a car during ski season for these condos at the Lodge, these units feature a year round reserved covered parking space (ask front desk on arrival for a pass), and there is plenty of free parking in front of the condos. The Lodge is also on free city bus route.
We are completely ready for your arrival! Bathrobes, hot tub towels, all linens, completely stocked kitchen, hair dryers, complimentary soaps, shampoos, lotions, dish detergent are provided upon arrival. Mid week towel replacement is included in your 7 day rental rate - we do NOT charge extra cleaning or resort fees for our standard services; it's all included. If you prefer daily maid service for an additional fee, please ask at front desk on arrival.

This was our first ski trip for our two daughters and they had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - cozy, well stocked and decorated and SO, SO convenient. Practically ski-in, ski-out. It was one of our most memorable family trips and we will do it again and stay here!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hi Karen, We had a great time! The condo was great and the view was beautiful, especially with all the snow. We had snow 3 of the 5 days we were there! Our family really appreciated the location to the slopes as we came home several times for lunch. The condo was clean, updated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Steamboat, and we'll definitely be back! We stayed in the 2BR with 4 adults and 3 kids (age 10-14). It was cozy, but we weren't on top of one another - plenty of room for everyone. With 2 bathrooms, there was enough for everyone to get ready. The kitchen and dining area was big enough and equipped with everything we needed for great breakfasts. Gas fireplace is great and keeps everything super warm. We arrived at 2am, and it wasn't a problem. When we woke up and looked out the windows, the view was incredible! The location is great - when my kids forgot their passes back at the condo, I jogged back to get them in 5 minutes rather than wait for a shuttle (even though they run about every 5-10 minutes). And the shuttles are great for heading to the mountain or going downtown. I'm thrilled with our choice to head to Steamboat as well as lucking out in finding this condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We take a ski trip annually with 2 other couples and finding a condo or house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is never very easy (especially since we don't like bunk beds!). The layout and floor plan of this condo was absolutely perfect for our group. The kitchen was well outfitted and the decor was all very updated and nice. Excellent furnishings and very tasteful decorating. 5 star quality! Property was very clean and well maintained. Especially liked the 3 bdr / 3 bath layout. Worked well for 2 couples and teens. We liked it so well we booked for 4th of July weekend next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a very nice, tastefully decorated and fully updated unit. Very close to the hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner even thought to furnish a proper martini shaker! The unit has a decent sized flat screen and a stereo. The staff at The Lodge is great, give the Shuttle Driver a tip when are picked up at the slopes and one can get dropped off right in front of the unit.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have stayed at both of the 2 & 3 bedroom condos over the past 2 years and I've thoroughly enjoyed staying in both units. The Lodge is very well-kept and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and will strive to make your vacation relaxing. The condos themselves have always been well-furnished with many high-end touches. The 2 bedroom has great light and beautiful furnishings - the living area is very open with plenty of space to stretch out. The 3 bedroom has beautiful granite countertops and travertine tiling in the kitchen. One of my favorite memories is sitting in the living room with snow coming down and the fireplace going. Both units have an extended hallway with hooks to store all of your ski/outdoor gear, The kitchens are both stocked with necessary appliances perfect for eating in. We did lots of cooking and never ran out of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. The dining room seating in both units is spacious, which not all condos can guarantee. I have stayed here on 3 separate occassions, and had a blast every time. Amenities: The condo has plenty of space to sprawl out. All the bathrooms are within the bedrooms. The split floor plan is great for a two or three family stay. Each bedroom has plenty of personal space to give adequate separation and privacy. The ample space is a pretty big deal when you consider all of the gear that you might have with you - boots, jackets, rods, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need to cook up a large meal. We used it to cook for 8 people fairly often. We saved a significant amount of money by buying groceries and eating out less. Be careful with the couch - you just might fall asleep. It is pretty comfy, especially right next to the warm fire place. Location: Where else would you want to be? It isn't quite at the base of the mountain, it is within walking distance to the gondola. If you are truly a sloth, there is a 2 min shuttle drive that will take you to the base of the mountain. For me, the location was great. You may not have the ski in/out option, but you don't have to pay for it either. Conclusion: The condo offers a luxurious and comfortable option for larger groups of people. The space, location, amenities, and comfort factor make this condo a great value, and I would stay there again in heartbeat. Just gotta wait for the baby to get a little older.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: we've been coming to the Lodge and Steamboat for 30 years! Now our kids and their friends are coming back too....we stayed at the Lodge in the early 80s but when our kids played in Triple Crown we discovered the incredible summers! Be sure to take the short hike to Fish Creek Falls.
Why the Owner Chose Lodge at Steamboat:
We love the friendly staff and how very close it is to the base, and the price per night is very reasonable for the location and amenities. The shuttle service can't be beat, and is a great amenity, which is one reason why we use the mgmt co for our rentals.
Steamboat Springs' elevation is a little lower than most Colorado ski areas. Not only does Steamboat get outstanding champagne powder snow, it's a BIG mountain with lots of varied terrain AND we learned we can sleep at night and don't get the elevation headaches the whole family struggled with at higher ski towns.
