We rented this home in Lake Berkley for a week and we all enjoyed it a lot. The house was clean and we like how the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The only small problem we had was the internet not working on the first day of our stay but once we told the owner the problem, he got someone to resolve the problem the next day. Having Wifi was very important for us as we needed to check our emails everyday. We didn’t have any other issues and overall we had a wonderful stay! It was my first time to book anything over the internet, so I did not know what to expect. I was delighted to find that it far exceeded our expectations in every way! Great place. We went with our family and there was tons of room. Location was key. Very close to shops and restaurants. Easy to check in and check out with a combination lock. The photos did reflect the true description of the location. All amenities were in great working order. Free Wi Fi is a plus. We would rent this place again with no hesitation. This is an excellent house for family and friends vacation. The house was roomy, well equipped and nicely decorated. Rooms were separated nicely and everyone was very satisfied. The house was very nice, it was just renovated. There’s lot’s of rooms and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Having the pool and hot tub was a nice way to relax. The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Security. Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. When I first got into the vacation home business, I thought this was a ridiculous joke and had all my locks changed right away to special electronics locks. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. When you complain to the owner about your stolen goods, they would then come up with a list of excuses and put the blame back on you. With my electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay! Beware though, the lock is time sensitive so don't arrive at property before your check in time and wonder why the lock doesn't work. It's THAT secure!
