This is a direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. The unit was remodeled in the summer of 2011 with a new kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, as well as the bedrooms. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai.
There is free wireless internet, 1 assigned parking spot (which is conveniently located close to the elevator and at no extra charge), basic cable, and a phone allowing free local & long distance calls to North America (including Canada). Everything from major grocery stores to farmers markets are all within a 15 minute drive from the complex. We're about 2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and excitement of the historic town of Kailua-Kona. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to/from Kona International Airport (KOA) and about 15 minutes from Honokohau Small Boat harbor where most fishing charters, and many dive charters, etc. are based.

The Banyan Tree Condominium is a 20 unit direct ocean front complex located on Ali'i Drive at mile marker 2.8 in Kailua-Kona. Mile markers are frequently used to give directions along Ali'i drive with mile marker zero at the Kailua Pier in the center of town and mile marker five at the Sheraton Keauhou Resort to the south. We are less than two miles from historic Kailua-Kona town and approximately 20-25 minutes from the Kona airport. The relatively small size of this complex lends to a private and homey feel. There are fours floors serviced by both stairs and an elevator with the ground floor being parking and the 20 condos and communal lanai spread out over the remaining three. The phone allows free local and long distance calls to North America (including Canada). The outdoor pool, hot-tub, and barbeque area are right on the ocean. Weekly farmers markets and many grocery stores/markets near by make it convenient to find what you need. Out front is arguably the most well-known surf spot on the Big Island - Banyans.
