Aqua Villa is a four-story, 24-unit condo building directly on the beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator, common grilling area, grass and fenced area for kids to play, poolside lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Because it is a smaller building, it provides a sense of intimacy with its environment of rustling palms, the scent of the gulf waters and the ever-present sound of the surf.
Conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants and shops, you won’t need to travel far for supplies or amenities while you vacation on the shore. A convenience store and post office located across the street provide for your immediate needs without even getting in your car.
This unit accommodates up to seven persons: the master bedroom has a California king bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub; the second bedroom has a queen and a single bed. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living area. The unit has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area includes a six person dining and coffee tables, couch and chairs. Private balcony is furnished at cocktail height, to enable spectacular gulf views. Plenty of closet and drawer space is available for your personal items. Off street parking and carts make it easy to load and unload your vehicle.
Aqua Villa and Okaloosa Island are conveniently located close to major highways and the Okaloosa Regional Airport. Ft. Walton Beach has public transportation that runs on a regular schedule from the Island to shopping and other local attractions. There is ample shopping close to Okaloosa Island. There are a number day trips you can take to see other sites including Destin, Seaside, and Pensacola, among others.
There is any number of golf courses at your disposal. If you like to fish, there are several fishing charter locations for Gulf excursions, inter-coastal and fresh water fishing. Other recreational activities include kayaking, snorkeling with dolphins, parasailing, surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, sailing, boating, mini-golf, and beachcombing, just to name a few.
If you just want to relax, enjoy the pool area or take our umbrella and chairs to the beach (you'll find them in your unit). We have been visiting Okaloosa Island annually for more than 30 years! We bought our first condo in Aqua Villa in 1994 and love it. Its smaller - just 24 condos total - and you don't need to walk through a lobby to get to the beach. Just walk right out the front door, down a small set of stairs and you're at the pool! (There is an elevator too for when you have luggage, etc). You'll love staying here. I know we do!

This is an extremely clean and well-kept property, very comfortable. The views from this condo are just excellent - sunsets to die for! The property owners/representatives are so easy to work with and made the stay completely trouble free. The beach is pristine, the pool is kept impeccably, no worries here. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This condo is also located in an area so close to everything! Some great places to eat include Fish Lipz, just across the bridge across the road from Publix, and Dewey Destin's - the old one -- just the other side of the bridge into Destin, turn left and go through a bit of a messy area and land at DD's. Absolutely GREAT food!! Another great asset - if you, or someone traveling with you, are unable to make the stairs - the elevators make the trip up a breeze. You can't go wrong staying here!

Totally enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful condo. The side balcony (giving us a great view of the ocean) was awesome. This was my granson's(he's 22 months old)1st visit to Florida & he's still talking about the ocean & also the swimming pool that was just 1 floor below. Also our pet chihuahua enjoyed her 1st visit to Florida, nice to find a pet friendly environmen! The condo was very clean & well-furnished. My daughter & I highly recommend AV4297 & hope to return there again real soon. Coming to Florida & having such a fantastic place to stay made our vacation such a memorable one.

This year was our second year to stay in this unit. We enjoy the condo very much, it is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare and serve a meal. We especially like the fact that we can bring our dog along-she loves the cool floors! It's great that there are beach chairs, play sand toys and water toys available in the unit so you don't have to bring all that along with you. We hope to be able to be able to rent the unit again.

We have stayed here a few times now and are never disappointed! Clean, very well stocked and a simply fabulous view. The added bonus is for people that want to have a great place directly on the beach that travel with their pets! It is so rare to find a rental condo this nice that accepts pets. We love it here. Okaloosa Island is not far from all the great restaurants in Destin and there are some good ones right in Fort Walton.

Just home from a week long stay at Aqua Villa and it was one of our best vacations ever! You can't get any closer to the ocean/beach!!! While some others may complain of small issues such as furniture or paint, it's quite trivial when you've seen the sunrise or sunset from the balcony! So beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed going to the beach (where you can also rent lounge chairs & umbrella if there's not enough in the condo) (my daughter wanted her own:) then returning to the poolside for a quick dip into the pool. Was NOT crowded at either the beach or the pool when we went. And grilling out at the charcoal pits was awesome! This area has the most beautiful colored waters & beaches we've ever seen! And there's so much to do from parasailing, renting wave runners, walking the fishing pier, going to the dolphins, and many, many restaurants! We were only here a day and a half and already decided to return next year! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to vacation on Okaloosa Island! We traveled from Michigan with our Shih-Tzu, and while we had to take him off the property to relieve himself, it was NOT a big deal at all! If you actually take a walk on the road, there's some pretty & unusual homes to see! Located with easy access to grocery, souvenirs shops, and small park to the bay side where my daughter found her very own hermit crabs in some unusual shells (6 to be exact:) Can't say enough good things about our experience. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

It was an amazing place to stay. The beautiful views. The beach was clean and so very quiet. It is pet friendly except for the fact you have to take your pet off the property to let them do their duty, that was a little inconvenient. The balcony was awesome place to sit and view the scenery & to listen to the waves. We recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a serene place to stay.

Did not want to leave this place. Affordable and the views are spectacular. We had fantastic weather while there and met some of the nicest people staying at the same property. We will definitely be back next year.

We just returned from a fabulous week at AV #206 and are already looking forward to a return visit! The condo was clean and had everything a vacationer could need. We appreciate that you can bring your pet as there are not many beachfront condos this nice that allow pets! Hopefully, the oil spill will not mess up these beautiful white sand beaches. I have stayed in this unit several times and it is wonderful. I love the view and privacy. The fact that this is a smaller building with only 24 units is great. It is so much nicer than the high-rise condos. I feel much more a part of the ocean and beach and natural surroundings. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. And the condo is well furnished and stocked. Thanks for sharing this condo with my family! We hope to visit again very soon.
