This Holiday Isle vacation rental is located directly on the Destin Harbor and is known to be an ideal location for both beach lovers and boaters. It is sure to exceed your expectations with its drive-way parking, a 40 ft boat slip and a corresponding dock, two balconies overlooking the harbor and a half block walk to the most beautiful beaches in Destin, Florida.
This townhome has also been recently remodeled with modern furnishings that include stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and a fully furnished kitchen. The lower level consists of a sitting area and two bedrooms with two twins and two double beds. The upstairs consists of a bedroom with a queen sized bed, the kitchen, dining area and living room. In addition, both floors have balconies that overlook the harbor.
The location of this Destin rental is second to no other rental in Destin because you can park your car and not move it all week. You can take a water taxi, your paddle board or your personal boat to all of the venues on the harbor; including, AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, the Boat House Oyster Bar, Marina Cafe, HarborWalk Village, Dockside Watersports and Bar, dolphin cruises and fishing charters. Or you can just walk half a block to Destin’s white sand beaches and to the Destin Jetties.

Enjoyed our stay here-only thing that we didn't like was the size of the boat slip. We had a 32 ft boat that couldn't fit in the slip. Slip was advertised as 40ft but think that might be a little off. Great location and nicely furnishedDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was our fist time bringing the boat to Destin and staying on the harbor. The location was great and it was so fun to ride over to Crab Island, Harbor Walk and the Boathouse! The condo was very nice and perfect for two families. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the upper deck. The only downside was limited parking and no place for the trailer, but luckily we have friends that live nearby so we took the trailer there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My group of four college/work buddies were comfortably accomodated by this recently updated vacation during a recent, guys only, fishing trip. The convenience and time saving of being able to park directly in front of your unit to load and unload cannot be understated. The boat dock and outdoor gas grill were something that also attracted us to the unit. We found everything to be exactly as advertised in the photos. There were no surprises. The VRBO property manager handled our reservation with precision and made the overall experience painless. We're already planning a return visit. Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
