Introducing the sexiest condo hotel in all of Las Vegas…Palms Place Rated “R” Suite! Attached to the world famous Palms Hotel and Casino, Palms Place is the new Vegas hot spot. I am offering a studio suites with 600 square feet of luxury living space, including marble and hardwood floors, two 42” plasma TVs, luxurious king size bed (Italian bedding by Mateo), queen sleeper sofa and a state of the art kitchenette including stove top burners, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Silverware, cookware, dishes and utensils provide all the comforts of home allowing you to stretch your meal budget while in Las Vegas! O’ and did I forget to mention our unit is one of the lucky units to have a balcony for our guests.
The bathroom features an all white marble bathroom with a rain head shower head from the ceiling. He shower has a smoked glass wall that is obscure to the bedroom area. VERY COOL

I had an amazing time at Ryans Rated R suite. The suite had an awesome feel to it. Gorgeous view from the balcony, everything was clean and polished. You really feel like a vegas high-roller staying in this suite and the Palms. Would definitely come here again. I would also work with Ryan again, he makes it effortless and easyRecommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

First off it is a pleasure doing business with Ryan. He answers any questions immediately. All previous reviews are absolutely correct. The views are fantastic,the room is everything you see, plus. The bed is very comfortable along with rest of the room. The hotel staff are very helpful and very courteous. We stayed a week and had a great time. Thank you Ron & PatRecommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from the suite and loved all of it. It was super easy to get to, staff was 5 Stars, and the energy at the resort was perfect. This was my first time renting from a private owner, but I will be doing it again. Ryan and his staff were great.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Palms Place:
The Palms Place is hands down the best Hotel/Condo prorerty in Vegas. I had wanted to purchase a unit here ever since they started selling and this year the stars were on my side and I was able to make the dream come true. The Staff here is great there is a 24 hour concierge that is always happy to help with any of your needs here in Vegas. The great part of this unit is that it has a full kitchen so you don’t need to worry about keeping your ice bucket full. There is a full size ice maker in the freezer!
Keeping your drinks cool is nice and easy as well.

We dont call this the Rated 'R' Suite for nothing. Our Suite is Toatly unique from any other room in the hotel. We have designed the unit with a touch of naughty. From our famous risqué Hollywood quotes on the walls, to our fun “Coffee Table Books” the Rated “R” Suite just adds a bit more fun to your stay!
We also have a Krueg Coffee maker in the unit as well as an iPod Stereo system. These are just a couple extra features that the other units don’t have. Our unit also has a balcony that is accessible for our guests. If you rent from the hotel you do not have access to the balcony, and some rooms don’t even have them!
