A huge first floor lobby with the office of the Condo Administrator. Secure front door with pass code and gated under ground parking if you need a place to park your rental car. 24 hour security staff, maintenance man and housekeeper for the condo. (Services of the maintenance man and housekeeper available after their work hours for a reasonable fee.)
Second floor pool and patio area for swimming and evening cocktail get-togethers.
