Vacation studio available for the first time at the introductory weekend rate of $120 night.
The studio is located one mile from: Miramar Beach, Coast Village Road and Montecito Lower Village. Short walk to Summerland and Summerland Beach on new bike path while a creek at the end of the street provides a twenty minute (rugged) walk to Miramar Beach. Two miles from East Valley Road and Montecito Upper Village. It consists of a nicely furnished (with antiques) large bedroom/sitting room area with a queen bed with 400ct. Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforter and pillows. There is a desk and wi-fi, but no T.V. The bathroom area has a bathtub/shower, small kitchenette and washer/ dryer – all done in Travertine Marble.
The studio is newly remodeled, clean, quiet and removed from the main house. It is a located in a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you respect our ‘no noise past midnight’ policy. No smoking but quiet pets will be considered. It is located near the Sheffield 101 Exit and just off of North Jameson.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Perfect location. Easy to find, yet quiet and secluded. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is great. Patio is private and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Proprietors Lori and Ryan are great also. They treat you like you're a guest in their home. I highly recommend this wonderful spot in beautiful Santa Barbara. We have enjoyed it several times and plan to return again and again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
