You haven't TRULY experienced a ski vacation until you've been able to walk out your door, strap on your equipment and head down the slopes. The Tyra Summit, a ski-in/ski-out 3 bedroom plus loft townhouse, is the perfect place to experience that thrill!
This spacious townhome matches the convenience of a true ski-in/ski-out location with quiet seclusion. A large family or groups of families, couples or friends will find plenty to do both indoors and outdoors any time of year. Excellent ski and mountain access just steps to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run, a grassy lawn in summer, shared hot tub/pool facility, great electronics, Wi-Fi, bedroom suites, and polished updates make this a fantastic retreat you won't forget.
Located on the end of a small complex set back from 4 O'Clock Road, guests are greeted by a private drive with a large, attached 2-car garage and additional outdoor parking spaces. The heated garage features storage areas for everyone's equipment. Inside, this open and roomy three-level home is over 1,900 square feet and sleeps up to ten people in three bedroom suites and a loft with four bathrooms.
The main floor is made for gathering with a comfortable living area featuring a gas fireplace, inviting hearth, a large flatscreen television with DVD and home theater, and big windows to take in the scenery. Lots of seating makes it easy to bring everyone together for big family meals. The freshly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen looks out to a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining area with seating for six. Step out the patio door to a long second-floor deck that overlooks the 4 O'Clock Run in the winter and tranquil hiking trails in warm weather.
The top floor offers a generous master suite with beautiful wooded views and airy cathedral ceilings. Relax in private comfort with King bed, flat-panel television, and plenty of closets. The beautifully updated master bathroom has both a whirlpool tub and shower stall. Off the master suite is a loft area bordered by a half wall overlooking the living area. With a sleeper sofa, television and XBox gaming system, the loft is a great area for kids to hang out or an additional sleeping area.
The lower level continues the convenience with a full-size washer and dryer that opens to the hallway. The first bedroom suite has two Twin beds, full bathroom, flatscreen television and walkout access to the floor-level deck. A second bedroom suite with Queen bed features a full bathroom with separate vanity, flatscreen television, and walk-in closet. This bedroom also walks out to the ground-floor deck.
The townhome shares access to the Tyra Summit clubhouse with indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and indoor pool. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Ski in from Peak 8 via the 4 O'Clock Run; ski out to the Snowflake Chairlift via the 4 O'Clock Run.

Plum Cottage is fabulous! The renovation is outstanding - so well thought out. This cottage was even better than we expected! Beautifully designed spaces using top of the line materials and fixtures, and a very comfortable open yet cozy layout. Not only was this property clean, cozy and at a perfect location (just steps away from the ski run and jacuzzi/ pool house) but the owners even thought to have humidifiers in every room for those not used to the dry climate!
