Brand New Listing! Falcon Peak is a deluxe 4 level townhouse in the heart of Seattle Pacific University in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. There is one designated covered parking space in the garage that fits most small to midsize SUV's. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances and granite counters, the dining table seats 4 and has a leaf for additional seating, there are three bar stools next to the dining table. BBQ grill is on patio left of living room. The house has three Toshiba tv's, all with DVD/Blue-ray & cable. Additionally, there is one portable ipod player. The master bedroom suite has newer Sealy Posturepedic Belmont Ultra Plush mattress, and the lower master bedroom has a new Simmons Heavenly Mattress made popular from Westin/Starwood properties. All of our mattresses and box springs are protected with 'Protect A Bed' covers that are waterproof, allergy and bedbug proof. My favorite feature of this home is the upstairs master suite - the ensuite masterbath has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Master bedroom has large walk in closet and romantic patio with great views. This is a great property for guests that appreciate the privacy of having each bedroom on a different floor. Not a good fit for those guests wanting to avoid stairs. The mid bedroom with bunk beds is very small and doubles as the laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer in one of the two closets. We welcome extended stays, and this would be a great corporate rental for all the new employees moving to Seattle and wanting to explore the area before finding long term housing. Falcon Peak is a fantastic short term option for those guests looking to stay in Seattle for a long weekend, a few months, or anywhere in between. Thanks for visiting our listing and we hope you book with us.

Our stay here was beyond perfect. This was our first time trying a vacation rental and we will most definitely be doing so again! This location had everything we could possibly need, including a high chair and a crib for our infant daughter. The location of the property was perfect and everything was very clean and beautiful. Angie was amazing to work with. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

Lovely townhome close to Seattle Pacific University
Lovely townhome close to Seattle Pacific University
We recently stayed at Falcon Peak for 4 nights when our son was graduating from Seattle Pacific. Literally, one block away from campus and in a nice Queen Anne neighborhood, this townhome was perfect for our family! It's bright, cheerful, impeccably decorated and comfortable, with everything you could need--right down to laundry detergent and shampoo. The beds were so comfortable, and because of the layout, there was plenty of privacy for everyone. It has four stories, so lots of climbing stairs is involved, but that served as a wonderful daily work-out routine for our daughter! The upstairs 4th floor master suite is HUGE and beautiful, with tons of storage and a lovely balcony. The bottom floor bedroom is large and cozy with access to a shady patio. The garage level bedroom with bunkbeds is very small, but adequate for sleeping--particularly kids. The 3rd level contains the kitchen, living room and dining area--all with top of the line amenities. The owner, Angie, is helpful and accommodating. Not only was she regularly communicating with us to be sure everything was okay, but you could tell she had a knack for hospitality in the way she has furnished the home and provided the necessary amenities for her guests. Such a treat! We will definitely consider this property again when we're in the area and need a home away from home!

Family Review of Falcon Peak
Family Review of Falcon Peak
My family's stay at Falcon Peak was everything and more than we expected from the pictures and folio. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. And the bathrooms are squeaky clean! -with plenty of towels and even a selection of shampoo, in case your 3 oz. stash spilled all over the clothes in your suitcase. Which reminds me to say that the clothes washer/dryer are top of the line, as is the stove, fridge and dishwasher. Everything in this home was inviting and functionally situated. The hosts even have placed a first aid kits in two of the bathrooms. And were graciously available by phone, email, and text to answer questions, or provide traveling directions during my family's stay. Ballard Locks, Ivan's Seafood, Chinooks Seafood, and the Fisherman's Terminal are all in close proximity, as are grocery stores. I would definitely stay at Falcon Peak again; my family had a wonderful stay and we would all recommend this property to a friend/relative.
