We want this villa to to have everything you need while on vacation, the goal is for you to pack your suitcase, bring your toothbrush , buy your groceries and we will have the rest. The villa has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. It also has a pull out couch in the living room to possibly sleep 8 people total depending on your needs. 2 bedrooms have cable tv and the entire villa is wired with high speed internet. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath located down stairs. Appliances include a washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a flat top oven, also available are a food processer, blender and mixer. We have dining table for 6-10 people with plenty of plates and silverware. We have a breakfast nook that seats 4 for that quick bite to eat. We have pots, pans, cookie sheets, bread pan, pie pans, casserole dish, and plastic containers to store your food. We have grilling tools as well as plenty of cooking utensils. Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful place with tons of space. Close to pool and nice view of the golfers from the back. Everything was really family friendly and everyone had a really fun time. THe whole rental process was smooth and Jeff and Michelle were really helpful with answering questions and providing tips for restaurants and sightseeing. Thanks again, CharlieRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We moved from Ohio to Charlotte and never went to the ocean only 3-4 hours away. We came to Hilton Head Island and fell in love immediately with the beauty and cleanliness of the entire island. The convenience of getting around on the island to all shopping, restaurants and activities. We love the Shipyard because it is a beautiful,secure natural plantation that really is peaceful, but close enough to all the activities, we never miss out on the fun.

We love this villa because of the natural beauty that surrounds, watching the golfers tee off and the fish swim by from the back porch is absolutely amazing. Our location is the first group of villas located inside the Harbourmaster area which makes it easy to move around the Shipyard. Easy access to shopping golfing, fishing, swimming or any other water sports you may enjoy. There are many plazas and shopping experiences nearby along with miniature golf and many other family activities.
