We are both retired from Madison, Wi. Currently living at The Brooks in Bonita Springs Fl.We purchased our Condo in North Palm Beach because we like the water and did a lot of boating over the past years, now we are into golf and fishing.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
We bought in North Palm because of the location to shopping, golf, beaches, and fine dinning.
It is only 20 minutes from the airport and very easy to get to our place.

Our Condo is located in Hidden Key, a gated private community, which consist mainly of private homes, Our Condo consists of 20 units, is small and comfortable with a deck on the water to relax and watch the boats go by, also a newly refurbished pool area with plenty of deck chairs to bask in the sun

This is a well maintained property and feels like home. My wife and I have rented it the past two winters and have been quite comfortable. It is very handy to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc.
