Situated on Melbourne Beach near Sebastian Inlet and just north of Vero Beach, our ocean-side villa is located just across the street (Highway A1A) from the ocean in a gated community known as Indian Landing. This three-bedroom, two-bath property with a two-car garage is tastefully furnished with king-size, queen-size, and twin beds. Community facilities include a beautiful pool, tennis courts, river access, and deeded ocean access. All amenities are a short walking distance from our location.
Abundant wildlife including sea turtles, dolphins, and migrating right whales may be seen in the area. Access to a 20-plus-mile bicycle and walking path is at the front gate. A variety of golf courses are in the immediate area. Sebastian Inlet provides intercoastal access and excellent fishing. This barrier island is one hour east of Orlando.
