Rate is $1100/weekend on football weekends, includes Thursday-Sunday. Non-football/special event rates - $95/night, $500/week, $800/month A $150 deposit must be placed to hold date. Non-refundable if cancelled. Remainder of payment due 30 days from start of stay. $150 deposit will count towards balance. Payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of start of stay. A $250 security deposit is also due at 30 days out. Will be refunded within 14 days of stay if there is no damage to property.

About the owner: My wife and I are both graduates of the University of Alabama. We just welcomed our first little girl in March 2012!
Why the Owner Chose Tuscaloosa:
After attending the University of Alabama, I fell in love with the city of Tuscaloosa.
I wanted to make sure I could spend as much time as possible here. My wife and I bought this condo as a getaway, but then we moved to Tuscaloosa full-time.
So, we kept this condo to let people enjoy the full Gameday experience with the luxury of home.
