Pictures did not do this home justice. We had 3 couples all over 55 that stayed and we loved every minute there. Each master bedroom is spacious and private and the bathrooms were awesome. They suppled all towels, soap, shampoo and even conditioner. The common areas are much larger than the pictures and the kitchen is new with everything you need for cooking and entertaining (blender - wine rack etc.) I would be remiss if I did not mention Heather. Heather couldn't do enough for us while we stayed there. She provided a helpful guide that had answers to almost all of our questions and when the answer wasn't in the guide she was always available by phone. The best example of how great she was - she lent us a fishing rod and reel (her husbands) so we could take advantage of the great dock out back. We caught some small fish but it provided us with many hours of entertainment when the sun didn't cooperate. We would highly recommend this home and would love to return in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Wow, this house is amazing. Big Bedrooms with their own bathrooms, amazing kitchen that we fully utilized. Amazing views right out of the main living room and kitchen. You can walk to almost anything you need, no car needed. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and grocery store. Pool in the backyard if you don't want to deal with the sandy beach. Fishing right off the backyard dock. Private little community with low traffic. Heather bent over backwards to help us out and answer any questions reguarding the property or area. Overall excellent experience and would definetly come back again just to stay at this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Place is a nice house in a quiet little neighborhood very handy to public St. Pete Beach access and Rt 275 for travel into Tampa or down to Bradenton. Everything is new and right on the inter-coastal waterway with a dock for fishing, hanging out. A little sparse on furniture but no big deal. I'd be happy to stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

For our family of five (parents plus 3 adult children) it was perfect! Everyone had their own "space", king size bed and bathroom. The house was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The "wall of windows" off of the main living space was wonderful. Even if the temps were chilly one day, we could still sit and look at the water and the birds and the occasional dolphin! The large flat screen TV was a hit for all of the holiday football bowl games ~ it had great picture quality. And Heather could not have been more kind and helpful. We have already booked it for next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Our family of five stayed here through the week of Christmas 2012, and were completely at home in this lovely house. Everything was exactly as promised, impeccably clean, and well furnished. We found the location to be convenient, and would happily return. The weather was on the cool and rainy side, but we took advantage of some of the sights in St. Petersburg, did some visiting in Sarasota and otherwise relaxed. This home was the best vrbo I have stayed in. The location was incredible and accessible to all of St. Pete with the Bayway open. The area was quiet all day and provided great views of the bay, fishing ( my SIL caught a flounder-returned it:-)). Sleep was also wonderful and peaceful. The pictures do not do the property justice. We were there 2 weeks and even had family over for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed except a mixer. The outside was mowed and pool cleaned while we were there. HM was extremely helpful during the initial sign-up and after arrival. The amenities provided were way beyond expectations ( even q-tips!). The only negative was the weather did not give us a day to use the pool ( it was sunny but 65 and windy), but the owners can't control that. Still miss the early mornings on the dock rockers just relaxing! Thanks for a very pleasant stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
