My wife and I stayed at Pat's Place during the month of March and enjoyed coffee on the secluded back deck almost every morning. The views, both front and back are terrific. The bedroom is in the quietest part of the apartment so I slept like a log. It's in the middle of downtown which though active during the daytime is pretty peaceful in the evening. Beautiful weather eclectic and friendly people everywhere you go. This is one of those places that you visit and find yourself wondering, "why don't I live here?" Although I didn't know Pat when I rented his place by the time I left I considered him a friend - he was incredibly accommodating but never intrusive. I use vrbo several times a year for about a decade now and have never had a serious problem.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
