This apartment is located in one of the most desirable buildings in all of Paris and in one of the most prestigious areas. The apartment was built for Mr. Rothschild himself and is located on the 5th floor overlooking the Park, just above the treetops with all windows (except the kitchen) facing the Park. Each window opens fully in three parts so you can enjoy the gorgeous views from every room.
Everything is here for you, including our welcome gift- a bottle of chilled champagne. Just come with your bag and enjoy your Paris apartment. There are literally no neighbors in front of you, just the park, gardens, fountains, monuments and joggers enjoying this beautiful scenery. There are no streets on any side, no noise, no nuisance of any kind. Add to that your own electronic access key, which gives you direct private entrance to the Park, and you are home. Go for a walk or a jog or feed the ducks in the pond, the park is yours to enjoy.
There are eight metro stations just a few minute walk away, electric car rentals and velib bike rentals right out the front door. The Champs Elysees and some of the best shopping in Paris- Hermes, Prada, Chanel….etc are just a few minutes walk.
UPSCALE LIVING SPACE:
The 1500 sq ft apartment includes two master bedrooms, each ensuite, with two separate entrances and separate elevators, a double size living room/dining room complete with 15 huge windows all overlooking the park. The high ceilings, beautiful moldings, elegant furnishings and crystal chandeliers throughout complete the picture.
Hidden in a Louis XV armoire is a fully stocked bar, also available are over 100 bottles of wine and champagne, add to that a De Lupia table that can be set with a Wedgewood service for 12, Christofle silver and crystal glasses, with a baby grand Pleyel piano being played while you're admiring the spectacular Park views and you are ready for real Parisian entertaining.
IMPECCABLE SECURITY:
When you’re done exploring the city come home and rest at ease knowing you have 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, security for all building access, 24/7 guardian surveillance, 24/7 video surveillance and a guardian controlled car entrance. (With so many famous people living in this prestigious building the security is at the highest level.)
PARK STUDIO AVAILABLE:
Also available (at an additional cost) is an independent studio apartment on the ground floor of the same building, with its own private entrance. It’s a quiet, end unit with two large windows on the Park, carpeted floors, queen size pull out sofa bed, full bathroom, built in fixtures, microwave, fridge, all amenities and direct private park access.
RARE BUILDING GARAGE AVAILABLE:
A private locked car garage on the first underground level is also available. The garage has direct interior access from both of your elevators (available for a fee). This comes with a remote pass so you have easy access to enter the secure building.
CLEANING, LAUNDRY and IRONING:
A cleaning lady will come each week to do a thorough cleaning, and is also available to do your laundry and ironing(at any extra charge), either in the apartment or as a take away/delivery, so that you can relax and focus on enjoying Paris.
PETS ARE WELCOME:
Your furry friend is welcome to join you. We are one of very few luxury Paris apartment rentals who allow pets. A cat climbing tree house with two hammocks and dog beds are available upon request. (Extra cleaning fee and deposit.)
ACTIVITIES and INSIDER TIPS:
We have created a customized suggestion book for our guests including our favorite restaurants, activities, museums, shops, Dr's...everything you could ever want. This notebook contains tips from decades of our shared Paris experience and should help make your stay unforgettable. We have even asked our favorite caterer and restauranteur to take special care of our guests when you mention our name. We want this to be your Paris home and for you to feel welcome and at ease, enjoying all the city has to offer.
