Brand new spacious, clean 450 SF efficiency apartment with separate access. Has full bath, cable TV, access to a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Room is furnished with a queen antique iron bed with wonderful mattress, twin bed with new mattress, loveseat, eating table with two chairs, flatscreen TV, and cabinet with countertop.
Conveniently located down the street from Taco Deli, a hip Austin eatery, Upper Crust Bakery for coffee and breakfast, the Drafthorse Pub, and Starbucks. Rosedale Market, a local convenience store with gourmet choices, is right around the corner. Walking distance from many, many local shops on Burnet Road, 38 1/2 Street, and Lamar Boulevard including A-Town, Adelante, Central Market, Uptown Modern, and Spring Frost.
Close to downtown and UT. Three blocks to Ramsey Park with tennis, pool, basketball and a playground. 5 minute walk to the #3 Cap Metro line.

I was very impressed with this rental. It was very spacious and cozy place for an effieciency. The place was perfect with all the right amenities.The photos don't do it justice. This place is located in a beautiful neighborhood in central austin which made it easier to go anywhere. I would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this cute property in Austin. The owners took a small space above their garage and did a really nice job fixing it up. It is located in a great neighborhoood (quiet, cute houses) that is close to the downtown area. The bed was comfortable and the owners were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We loved our stay at this central Austin efficiency. Both the queen and the twin beds are comfortable. There were extra blankets, a coffee maker, TV with cable, a small table for eating and a cozy love seat in the room. You do need to travel up a steep spiral staircase to reach the place, so it might not be appropriate for the elderly. You can't beat the location and Heidi was great when we had any questions or extra needs. We will be back next time we are in Austin for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Everything was very easy with check in and reservation. The place is perfect for one person or a couple. For those of you not familiar with Austin, this VRBO is centrally located. The WiFi signal was too weak for getting work done, but otherwise the unit was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

The studio is super cute and the owner was awesome! She was full of advice for places to go and eat and never seemed put out by our asking her questions. The bed was comfy and the everything was cozy! The bathroom was really clean, which we really appreciated! It is located in a nice neighborhood. It's close to good places and quick drive to downtown. We're totall coming back again next year! :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We were so happy with our stay! The room was nice and big with plenty of space to stretch, a large TV and a sitting area. The A/C worked well. The owners made us feel welcome and communicated with us every step of the way. A big bonus is the area - we loved staying Rosedale. Easy to get to the UT campus or to swing onto Lamar and grab a bit at Tacodeli. Rosedale Market is just down Medical if you need to get a late night snack and Taco Shack is nearby, too. Look forward to going back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
