Location: Mariner, Marco Island, Florida South West, Florida, USA (Close to Naples, Ft. Myers, and the Everglades)
Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms (master has a queen bed) (guest bedroom has a convertible bed) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full baths (Sleeps up to 4)
This beautifully furnished, convenient and highly desirable 1st floor end/corner unit, with extra amenities than the other Mariner Condos, such as a slightly larger floor plan, a double sized screened-in lanai / patio on the west and north side, and is equipped with 2 tables, and plenty of comfy chairs -- perfect for relaxing as you admire the beautiful landscaped grounds. You also get two extra sets of large outside windows that allow the beautiful balmy ocean cross breezes to come in. Your ideally located in the ultra friendly Mariner at the corner of North Collier Blvd and San Marco Rd. The Mariner is located across the street from the beautiful white sandy Resident's beach, a 5 minute walk. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with an attached bathroom/shower. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds, with a full bathroom next to it. It is equipped with linens, and bath and beach towels. There is additional sleeping in the pull-out queen sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, as well as dishware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The condo has central air, with ceiling fans in each room. It is equipped with cable TV in both the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a DVD player. The Mariner has two large pools with a large area for sunbathing. This unit comes with everything other than your clothes and food. The Condo is bright and airy and offers plenty of privacy.

Parking is just a few steps from the entrance to the unit. A short walk up North Collier Blvd., you will find a small strip of businesses including a restaurant/bar, a bakery, a pizza shop and The Esplanade Shoppes The Esplanade, includes nearly 50000 square feet of retail shoppes and water front dining. You are also within walking distance of the Marriott resort where you can rent watercraft or go parasailing. One parking space assigned, and visitors parking available, just steps from unit entrance. Towels, silverware, TV's in living and both bedrooms, and much much more !! It feels like being at home !!

Marco Island is easily reached from the Ft. Myers airport, as well as airports in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Sarasota and Tampa.

Cancellations are refunded 100% with 60 day notice.

I highly recommend renting this condo not only for it's nice furnishings, cleaniness and great locaton but also because of the owners! They were fantastic to work with and helped my mother and I with any question or request we had. My mother enjoyed this so much she gave up her other rental to go with this one for 3 mos next year!! beautiful place and great experience !
