I manage several properties in New Orleans all different sizes with wonderful settings. One is sure to suit you and your traveling partners.
DAN'S SHOTGUN - House on Frenchmen (2 bedroom, but can sleep 7) is just down the street from all the best live music in NOLA. The king and queens beds are super comfortable pillow-top mattresses. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room and a day bed for one in the front room. An air mattress or two can be inflated if need be. This is a shotgun house, so you do walk through each room to get to the bathroom at the back of the house. Bright and sunny eat-in kitchen with all the usual: full sized frig, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker. Save on a few meals by cooking and eating in some of the time. The key feature of this home is that it is on Frenchmen Street. 2 1/2 blocks across St. Claude. Those not familiar with the various neighborhoods of New Orleans, may not be comfortable in this section. It is, however, just several blocks from the best music venues in New Orleans. I also rent a room in my Bywater home. I try to be at your disposal with questions and/or assistance if at all possible.

MARIA'S COTTAGE - It' a cottage with glorious garden, balcony, flooded with sunlight and all to yourself! Sleeps four but ideal for private get-away for a couple. It's sunlit and sexy, everything you'd imagine a New Orleans Bywater cottage to offer. Set back from the street, a peaceful retreat from the nuttiness of the French Quarter. Simple and elegant. Bedding luxurious. Bikes available on premises to rent. The Bywater neighborhood is exploding with great restaurants and all are no more than three or four blocks from the cottage! The house is only about 10 blocks from the edge of the French Quarter (an easy walk or a very short and inexpensive cab ride.)

They are all in different areas of NOLA and there is something for everyone, depending on your needs
