Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a beautiful, gated community with 11 pools, tennis courts, putt-putt golf and shuffleboard. The complex features dedicated beach access with clubhouse and pool on the beach. This unit has a pool which is heated during the winter months and shuffleboard directly out the back door. Two bicycles are furnished for renter's use. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with private bath and balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The beds and queen size sleeper sofa are new. The unit has carpet throughout, full sized washer and dryer, covered patio with grill, bistro set and picnic table. The dining table seats six and there are four barstools at the counter. The kitchen is fully furnished with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a variety of small appliances.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
I love the heated pool right in the back yard. Also, the street dead ends, so there is no thru traffic. The townhouse has it's own grassy front and back yard and green areas around Gulf Highlands.
