About the owner: We are a family of four living in the Washington DC metro area. We have two very active boys ages 12 and 10. When we are in St. Augustine, they like boogie boarding, riding bikes, and eating tons of soft serve ice cream at Rita's across the street. We love to get away to the beach. Monica grew up in north Florida, and her entire family remain close by, so every visit for us is like a big family reunion.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside at Anastasia:
We love this condo because there is so much to do just outside our front door. While we enjoy the beach, which is right across the street, we can also walk to restaurants, enjoy the fishing pier and pavilion, get fresh produce and crafts at the farmers market, and walk along the deserted sand on Anastasia State Park. The condo is located at the end of Anastasia Island, closest to downtown St. Augustine.
