Walk or bike along Fulton Beach Rd. Amenities include, bbq pit, cable tv, fully equipped kitchen and private parking. Cottage 7 is 450 Sq Ft Sleeps 4, Cottage 10 is 560 Sq Ft and sleeps 6. Both cottages have kitchens and living areas and are fully furnished. Rent them separately or together for a bigger group!

We stayed at cottage 10 earlier in the year. My husband is in the oil field so when we get a chance to get away we take it. We took the family when we stayed in cottage 10 but this time it was just the hubby and me for a weekend getaway. We stayed in number 7 this time and it was great as well. It's a little smaller, a one bedroom, instead of the two bedroom we had last time, but it's perfect for two adults and two kids. It was just as quiet as number 10 and also completely redone. The owners really spent some time and money making these places nice on the inside and outside. Once again the pool was awesome. We sat at the pool and watched the sun set in the evenings. I've stayed in a lot of places in Rockport, but these cottages are the best kept secret going. You need to call in advance. The owner is a fishing guide and his customers book them all year long. I'm going to book our vacation for next year in January. Just a thought.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The community fishing pier is lighted and guests often catch trout, redfish, and flounder without worrying about 'others' on a crowded fishing pier. The cottage/subdivision is private and located on top of a hill that provides beautiful views and is shaded by oak trees.
