The home was very clean, is located in a quiet neighborhood and backs onto a beautiful green space. The MARTA station is about a 20 minute walk and made it easy to get to and from the Hartsfield–Jackson airport and downtown Atlanta. A car would be helpful for getting things like groceries and there is lots of parking space available.Owner response: For travelers coming in by airport, but who would like a car, it is wise to book with a rental agency like Enterprise, who will pick you up at any Marta Station and drop you off, for free. It saves on the higher airport car rental rates...

Nice house on a little street near a park and a school. Easy drive to Buford Farmers market and to the conference i was attending at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

While we live in the Atlanta area, we rented this house for my visiting parents, my wife and I, and my twin 17 month old daughters. It was a great home for us to spend time together as a family, and for my kids to get to know their grandparents (they don't see them very often). The house was already very toddler-friendly, (they even had a high chair set up for us), and we had everything we needed while we were there (cooked most of our meals). Highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house is an excellent spot from which Atlanta can be explored. The house itself is very comfortable, tidy, and quiet, with a great location. There is tons of great international food on Buford Highway and the Chamblee Marta station is about a mile away with free parking. When shopping for groceries, I would strongly recommend the Buford Highway Farmer's Market just a few miles away. Any possible food one can imagine is sold there.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Connie Maples (“Homeowner”) and _______________________________________________________ (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is located at:_______________________________________________ The property is furnished and includes linens, towels, 2 sets of dinner service for 8, pots and pans, toaster oven, blender, mixer, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water and ice in door, electric stove/oven, microwave, 3 televisions, and washer/dryer. 2. The neighborhood includes mature landscaping, winding roads, lots designed for privacy, many parks, churches, and schools. You will feel as if you are in the “Northwoods” in our very private backyard.
This clean, classic, California ranch boasts 1,200 square feet of living space; including a 12.5 x 20 living room featuring expansive windows and a fireplace. The bedrooms all have huge closets and are 13x 10, 11.5 x 10, and 9 x 11.5. The house was recently restored to its original glory. Beautiful wood floors were refinished, bathrooms and kitchen were updated with new appliances, fixtures and cabinets.
The little things are furnished such as coffee filters, salt, pepper, laundry soap, fabric softener sheets, dishwasher soap, shampoo, hand and personal soap. Nicely furnished, this property can easily accommodate your family.
The neighbors are a diverse and friendly mix of professionals and working class folks. You will see them walking, running or working in our community garden.
