This completely modern, clean, quiet, convienently located and fully remodeled 2bed / 2 bath condo, features new floor tile, paint, carpet, granite kitchen counters and much more.
Our condo is ideally situated steps away from North Mountain Preserve which is perfect for hiking and sightseeing. Enjoy mountain and sunset views from the quiet patio. All the luxuries of home including insuite laundry, full appliances, a 42 inch TV in the living room and a 32 inch in the master bedroom. There are 2 new queen sized beds in private rooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room which can accommodate extra guests. There is also free, secured WIFI in the unit along with apx 70 digital channels to choose from on the television.
Enjoy the amenities of the complex including bbq's, 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. ( 1 pool and 1 hot tub remain heated through the winter season). A fitness room is centrally located and perfect for a quick workout or run.
Nearby public golf courses including The Pointe and Stonecreek are just minutes away. Dozens of other courses within a short distance from the condo.
Take in a baseball game at Chase Field or a basketball game at US Airways centre, both located downtown, 20 minutes away. The Phoenix Coyotes and the Arizona Cardinals are a short drive down the 101 to Westgate Centre.
Paradise Valley Mall is minutes from the condo and includes, movie theatres, Costco, Target and several restaurants.
Four outlet shopping centres, including Arizona Mills, Phoenix Premium Outlets, Anthem outlets and Tanger are all less than 30 minutes away. For higher end shopping, the Scottsdale fashion mall and Biltmore Square are located 15 minutes away.
Check out downtown 'Old Town Scottsdale' filled with streets of galleries and restuarants.
For an enjoyable outing, try 'Mill Avenue' in Tempe. This hip district is completely walkable and located next to the vibrant ASU, complete with numerous restuarants, shops, pubs and coffee shops.
If you are looking for a day trip, try the beautiful and majestic area of Sedona. Only a 1.5 hr drive from the condo.
PAYMENT: *Personal checks, bank drafts, certified cheques, credit cards and PayPal accepted.
1) A reservation deposit of $300 is required within seven days of booking. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This deposit is not applied toward rent, however it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure provided there is no damage or theft within the unit.
2) An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required ninety days before arrival. The balance of rent is due Thirty(30) days before your arrival date.

My sister has already given a great review, but I would like to add my comments. After many adventures around the valley, we came home to the most comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Complex is well kept, sparkling heated pool, sun beds, tables and chairs, some in shade for quiet read. I wish this condo had been available in previous years, but glad we found it this year.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

On our return trip to Phoenix we were very pleased to have rented this beautiful, clean and quiet condo. The condo has everything we needed and it was refreshing to have new everything, definitely well maintained. The pool and fitness area were always available, not over crowded. The location is very convenient to shopping, sports and dining. Would definitely recommend to family or friends. We would book this unit on our future trips to Phoenix.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Having travelled twelve hours from Northern Ireland to Phoenix to meet up with my sister who came from Calgary, I was delighted to find all in condo as advertised on website. It was convenient to all local amenities and all roads provided easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit. The inside of condo was lovely and well equipped.Made good use of the pool area.This was my fifth visit to the Phoenix area and this condo would be among my favourites.I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

We recently stayed at this condo and were very impressed with this property. The pictures shown are exactly what we encountered. Everything was brand new inside and extremely clean. In fact, while we stayed at the property, the condo complex received a brand new exterior paint job as well. The pool and hot tub that are located closest to the unit were heated and we were able to still enjoy, despite cooler outside temps. Not having been to phoenix prior, we found the location of this condo was fantastic. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport. We had the opportunity to go for a walk across the street up one of the many different paths on North Mountain. A 10 minute walk will get you some great views and vistas of Downtown, Scottsdale and the rest of the valley. The owners were prompt and courteous to any of our questions and helpful in the rental process. Overall, we were extremely happy we stayed at this condo and will definitely be staying again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

It was my first time taking a vacation in Phoenix and I am so happy that I found this gem! First of all, the pictures that I saw on VRBO were exactly what the suite looked like! The amenities in this complex are well kept and in great shape. The location to the condo is close to grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. The condo is clean and has new furniture. It has everything we needed!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife and I recently stayed at this condo for a period of about three weeks. We found the owners extremely prompt and responsive to our needs. The condo accommodations were all like new and included everything we expected and needed for our stay. The location is convenient to malls, restaurants, highways and walking trails. The condo has a nice balcony for early morning coffee or evening meals with a great view. We have stayed at several condos throughout the Phoenix area in the past several years and consider this condo as our first/top choice for our next visit. The listing description and photos are indeed accurate and the property both inside and outside are clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to a relative or friend.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
