  We decided to rent a house at Kings Beach for my 45th Birthday weekend. Friends came from all over to celebrate this special time, and everyone had such a wonderful time. I wish there was more time to have enjoyed more of what the house had to offer! This home was perfect for accommodating several couples, as well as my girl friends who came without their husbands. The beds were very comfortable, especially after several of us rode our bicycles around Lake Tahoe on Saturday. We cooked/prepared gourmet meals for both Friday and Saturday nights in the kitchen, Saturday night was a BBQ for 35, which was BBQ'd and served down at the Ramada facility at Kings Beach State Recreation Area by Eddie and his daughter from Warm Tahoe Welcome. The kitchen was well appointed and we never ran out of dishes! Another wonderful thing about this home was that we could bring our Boston Terrier, Toby! He had the use of Brie's dog bed and bowls, which was so nice. he even chewed on one of Brie's toys in the back yard. A very nice feature of this home is the 3 large bedrooms on the main floor. One of my friends has recently fractured her leg, which would have made it difficult to go up and down the stairs to a bedroom, so this worked out perfectly for her. The owner was very responsive to a concern we had about the driveway. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! Very centrally located, most of what Kings Beach has to offer is within walking distance. I would recommend this home for girlfriend getaways, multiple families vacationing together, family reunions. You will not be disappointed!

  The house is beautiful and very large so comfortably accommodates the amount of people it can sleep. The steam shower and the rain shower heads are a wonderful experience. The hot tub and backyard is perfect for hanging out. The house is well stocked with all necessary items. It's the perfect kings beach location, walking distance to the beach but away from the noise. I don't think the photos really do it justice. The open beamed ceiling with skylight is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will stay again when the time comes.

  Such a lovely home! Very cozy and comfortable. Downstairs has a great game room with fusball, Wii, and a card table. Super fun for the kids. Upstairs is beautifully decorated with a great kitchen for cooking. The house is within walking distance to the lake which is fantastic! Loved this house and will definitely be back.

  Probably one of the best cabins I've rented in Tahoe in a while. Photos don't really do it justice, it is modern, spacious and very comfortable. The tropical shower/steam room is awesome, and the hot tub is very inviting. It is also walking distance from the lake and grocery stores. The owner is very friendly and always available over the phone or email. I'll be back again.

  We had a fantastic time staying at this cabin. We loved the game room downstairs and the great steam shower. We would definitely stay at this cabin again. It had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable

  Perfect cabin for a long weekend for three families. I would actually rate it 4.5 stars. For three couples, three kids, and a dog, we had plenty of space to spread out. Steam shower was the highlight of the cabin which is an interesting blend of an older house with new upgrades. Kitchen, steam shower, and downstairs bath were really nice. The master suite and queen size bedroom upstairs didn't have curtains which is a plus or a minus depending on your viewpoint. Having the upstairs and downstairs was great for us. Kids loved playing downstairs and the adults enjoyed the "relative" peace and quiet of the upstairs. The location is fantastic too. About 2 minutes to get to the Safeway and maybe 10 to get to Northstar. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Paying through VRBO was also very convenient.

  The cabin is just like the photos - it looks small from the outside but is very roomy inside and has a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen was well set up to cook for our group of six--the appliances are very good. Basic items like soap, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent were provided. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are nice (even had shampoo and soap). The steam shower is amazing, we all could have all fit in together! We enjoyed the backyard including hot tub, grill and fire pit. We particularly liked a bike ride we took from Tahoe City to Squaw Valley. Our stay was in the autumn, now we would like to come back to the cabin in the summer and winter. Chandler, the owner, is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

  We came to Kings Beach for a special birthday and a golf tournament. We were the first tro rent this property. The owners were very accommodating and wanted to be sure all our needs were met. The house worked very well for our large group. There were plenty of comfortable beds, There is a great patio for BBQ and outdoor dining. The location is so convenient. You can walk to shopping, the beach or the golf course. The house was recently remodelled and the bathrooms are great. A highlight was the steam shower. We loved the experience and hope to come back again for next year. Thanks very much for your warm hospitality!
