We stayed at Grand Peaks Pool House. We've never rented a house before. We were in town for a business trip to help launch a collegiate Cru movement at U of U and Westminster. We loved the house! It worked perfect for the size of our party and was so convenient having a basketball court area in back, two kitchens, and ample space/beds for people to sleep. Also the open dining room and kitchen upstairs was a huge plus!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Our experience here was very nice. The home is as advertised and quite spacious. The swimming pool was not open during our stay, but the other fun amenities made it enjoyable for our middle aged kids to have fun. The home was very clean, well stocked, and included multiple family rooms with TVs for everyone to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was my favorite. It is large, open to the family rooms, and very fun to cook in. There is another kitchen in the basemnet but we didn't end up using it. We would love to stay here again in the summer when the poll is open. The pool is right out the bedroom door and we dreamed of walking out and jumping in. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great house for kids. We had 5 kids with us on this trip and they loved the backyard pool and video games in the basement. We had a ball, great owner too.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We just stayed here over Labor Day and had lots of fun. Our family came in for a short gathering and it worked out great. The home was clean, and very new and fresh. The owner told us it had recently been remodeled so that was nice. The swimming pool and hot tub in back were so much fun for everyone. We had a large dinner one night and it was nice to have both kitchen to cook from (oven space). I would definitely recommend this home to my friends. We also enjoyed the convenience to the store and theaters. There is a soccer stadium down the road too but there were no games playing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved staying here. The home is bigger than it appears on the photos. The swimming pool was available and so much fun. The backyard has a concrete area with a basketball hoop and room to play. There is a gazebo between the basketball and the pool. There is a hot tub in the gazebo and it was large enough to fit 5 of us. The water was REALLY hot so we had to turn it down and wait to use. The basement space has its own entrance stairs that lead up to the backyard pool area. We put the kids down there, they loved playing video games on the XBox provided while in between the pool fun we all had. We highly recommend staying here if coming to Utah.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

The house is a ranch style home all one level with a basement. The backyard is neat with the hot tub abd gazebo. The swimming pool was being remodeled while we were there, but with the pool this house would be amazing! The master bedroom has a door that leads right out to the pool's edge, so we will be back to enjoy the pool. We really had a good time. Thanks!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.
