Beautiful condo on the golf course with golf view at the second level of a 3 levels building within a gated community with security guard. There is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it allows 6 persons to sleep. There is a large balcony with bbq on the balcony. The amenities in the condo include : air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, micro wave, oven, cable tv, wireless internet, big fridge, one large queen size bed with private bathroom, and 4 twins bed in the other room with guess bathroom. There is also a pool close to the condo, and guest have a private parking. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach. There you can enjoy beach, 4 pools at the beach and 1 on front of the condo, 3 jacuzzis at the beach club, a lot of palapas, chairs and long chairs, gym fitness center at the beach club, kids playground, restaurant, bar,... Renters can enjoy 3 tennis courts, 2 soccer playgrounds, 1 basketball court. Renter can play golf but there will be an extra charge. There is a wi-fi in the condo and a private BBQ on the terrasse.

Why the Owner Chose Santa Clara:
We like this property for vacation because the weather is so good here. The property is in the dry arc zone of the panama west side cost, so even in the rainy season, the weather is so good that you can enjoy golf and pool in great conditions. The water of the sea is hot, and so is the pool. The concept of the beach is perfect. You can enjoy palapas and pool just at the same place at the beach. The complex is not too much crowded so there is always a place for you at the beach. The concept of a little resort made us the decision easy to purchase this condo.
